Executive Property Management is a boutique manager, which means we are small and flexible. We give each house individual attention. We try to find tenants that will be happy with the home and the neighborhood, so they will be more likely to renew. We make suggestions on what minor improvements could be made to justify higher rent or shorten the time it takes to find the right tenant. In addition, we have the flexibility to customize our services.
