Michael Marx, principal of Executive Property Management, started his real estate career by buying and renovating an old house during his senior year of college. The next year he bought and renovated another house and was hooked. He received property management training at Clarke-Frates Corp. in Dallas (an apartment developer and owner), where he became the resident manager of a 238 unit apartment complex. Later, he started the apartment brokerage division of Maggiore Realty and Management Company, which managed 2,000+ apartment units and several suburban office buildings. The following properties were closed by Michael acting as a buyers agent.
